How do I apply to become a Veutel partner?
Click the 'Become a Partner' button on this page, fill in the short application form and a member of our partnerships team will reach out within two business days to schedule an intro call.
Is there a cost to join the partner programme?
There is no joining fee. Learning and Ready tier partners are enrolled free of charge. Silver and Gold tiers require minimum annual revenue commitments, which are discussed during the onboarding call.
How long does the certification take?
The core certification track in the Training Portal takes most partners three to five days to complete at a comfortable pace. Live webinar dates are announced monthly for those who prefer instructor-led sessions.
What is deal registration and why does it matter?
Deal registration lets you stake a claim on an opportunity before you present the proposal to your client. Once registered, Veutel will not engage that prospect directly or through another partner for 90 days, protecting your investment in the sale.
How are reseller credits purchased?
Credits are bought in prepaid bundles — choose a package that fits your client base. Credits do not expire, and unused credits roll over. Your clients consume credits each time they generate or transmit a document through the platform.
Can I upgrade my tier once I have joined?
Yes. Tier upgrades are assessed quarterly. Our team will notify you when your pipeline and certification status qualify you for the next level, or you can request a review at any time through your account manager.
What support does Veutel provide for pre-sales?
All partners can request pre-sales support including solution demos, technical deep-dives and proposal reviews. Silver and Gold partners have a dedicated account manager who can join client calls directly.
Do I need to be based in the UAE to join?
No. Veutel currently has active partners in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman and Qatar. Partners based in other countries are considered on a case-by-case basis depending on their client base and market coverage.
